Keep the design within your Xero setup
Xero features depend on the plan and connected applications. In the US, Projects is included in Established. Xero allows two active tracking categories, so branch, service-line and project reporting need a deliberate design. We verify the connector’s actual data flow before relying on it for accounting or job reporting.

Can Xero show profitability by job?
Xero Projects can track project income, time and costs; it is included in the US Established plan. Useful margins depend on complete cost capture and consistent assignment. We review your plan and workflow before deciding how job reporting should be produced.
