How We WorkHow We Work

Direct. Practical. No fluff.

Hata Advising is built on a few core beliefs:

Why Hata Advising

Built on a pattern every owner has seen.

Growing home services companies were buying fractional CFO services and getting a bait and switch. A senior name sold the engagement, then a junior associate ran it. Deliverables slipped. Reports arrived late or did not tie. The owner ended up managing the accountant instead of the business.

Our founder saw that pattern from the inside, repeatedly brought in to salvage engagements that never should have gone wrong. The problem was not effort. It was who was actually doing the work.

Hata Advising was built to fix that at the source. Every engagement is led by a CPA who has sat in the CFO or controller seat and run real P&Ls. We hired for that, not for years of advisory experience. The people you meet at the start are the people who do the work.

Tell us about your business and we will match you with the CFO leading your engagement.
